By accessing or using Resumflow ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us") at resumflow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Resumflow is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides an online resume builder, professional templates, and PDF export tools. Our services include:

• Access to 80+ ATS-optimized resume templates
• A drag-and-drop resume editor with real-time preview
• PDF and PNG resume export (plan-dependent)
• ATS compatibility scoring and keyword optimization tools
• Resume version history and shareable resume links
• One-time downloadable resume template and PDF exports
• Monthly and annual subscription plans for unlimited access

Resumflow sells both digital products (one-time PDF downloads and template exports at $4.99) and SaaS subscription plans (Pro at $9.99/month, billed monthly). Features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and promptly notify us of any breach
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Not create more than one account per person without written permission

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Resumflow offers the following paid options:

• Pro Subscription — $9.99/month: Billed monthly on your billing date. Provides unlimited access to all templates, PDF downloads, ATS tools, AI suggestions, version history, and priority support.
• One-Time PDF Export — $4.99: A single purchase granting one high-quality PDF download of your selected resume. This is a digital product and is non-refundable once the download is initiated (see Refund Policy).

All payments are processed securely via Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India). By providing payment information, you represent you are authorized to use the payment method. You authorize Resumflow to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

One-time purchases (such as the $4.99 PDF export) are for personal use only and grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the resulting file for your own job-seeking purposes.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license downloaded templates or PDF files
• Downloaded files may not be used for commercial template sales or distribution
• One-time purchases are consumed upon successful download initiation
• Failed downloads due to technical issues on our end will be credited back to your account

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to resume templates, design assets, UI components, branding, logos, and software — are and will remain the exclusive property of Resumflow and its licensors.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the resume content you create using Resumflow (text, contact information, work history, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Resumflow a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Templates: Resume templates are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the underlying template design files, code, or structure outside of the intended PDF/PNG export.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us regarding the Service may be used by Resumflow without any obligation to compensate you.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download templates, content, or data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent resume content with intent to deceive employers
• Use automated tools to create bulk accounts or abuse free-tier limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access for any user who violates these prohibitions, without refund.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices around data collection, storage, and use.

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, Google OAuth, analytics providers). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Resumflow is not responsible for the practices of any third-party services linked to or integrated with the platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Resumflow does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) any errors in the Service will be corrected; or (c) the Service will meet your specific requirements or produce any particular employment outcome.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RESUMFLOW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESUMFLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RESUMFLOW IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resumflow and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately — including for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service immediately ceases; (b) we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention schedules; (c) all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@resumflow.com. Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Resumflow is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
